We welcome suggestions for purchase, by phone, in person or by email.

Selection Guidelines

Items are considered and purchased if they fall within our selection guidelines.  If it is decided not to purchase, an alternative is to apply for an Interloan which we will try to supply from another library.

Items cannot be purchased if they are out of print.  Other limitations may be:

• Very specialised items
• Items of interest only to a small number of people
• The number of copies already held is considered sufficient
